Nothing worse than a can with too much carbonation. So we are going to eliminate the carbonation process in the process.
That doesn't mean it's not going to be carbonated. Real Kombucha is naturally self carbonated. It's alive so it will add carbonation over time. And if you want to add more. Simply leave it out of the refrigerator for a day or so. It's the good stuff and it's truly ALIVE!
